In addition to a keynote conversation reflecting on a lifetime of work in trauma healing, I'll also be leading a special experiential workshop exploring how the body can become a pathway to healing, resilience, and transformation.

For over five decades, I have been fascinated by a simple question: What allows human beings not only to survive overwhelming experiences, but to reclaim vitality, meaning, and connection? I look forward to sharing some of what I have learned along the way.
