Retreat Tuition & Accommodations
Tuition ranges from $3,495–$4,295 per person, depending on when you reserve your spot.
The tuition increases every 5 registrations for the first 25 people, and then moves to full rate.
Rather than offering a traditional early-bird deadline, we are increasing registration in small groups of five—the lowest pricing with bonus material is available to those who register earliest. Once the retreat reaches capacity, additional applicants will be placed on a waiting list for potential cancellations.

One week of retreat programming + two online gatherings + handouts and recordings
Six nights of lodging at Humphreys Half Moon Inn + ten shared meals + venue amenities
and more
Lodging Upgrades & Date Extensions
Upgraded rooms and additional nights before or after the retreat may be available for an added charge.
Room upgrade pricing is based on the difference between the standard room included in your retreat package and the upgraded room selected for the six-night stay.
Additional nights outside February 1–7, 2027 will be charged at the hotel’s applicable rate at the time of upgrade.

Upgrades and extensions are subject to hotel availability and will be invoiced separately.

Payment Types
When possible, we appreciate payment by ACH bank transfer, which helps us keep more of the retreat tuition directed toward the program itself.
Because this is a high-value retreat package, card-processing fees are significant. To accommodate different needs, a payment plan is available and credit card payments are an option.

Sales tax is included in the registration fee.
Payment Plans
A payment plan with a 20% deposit is available during checkout for a limited time, until November 1, to ensure payments are complete before the time of the retreat. There is also a payment plan option via Klarna with varying deadline options.
Note - Ergos Institute does not currently receive donations to support the funding of retreat expenses for scholarships.
After Registration
You will receive a receipt of payment and a welcome email with access to the private participant portal.
The portal will always be the most up-to-date place to find retreat information. If you can not find what you need there, please contact us.
If your registration says “pending” in our system, that means your spot in the retreat is secured.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be submitted in writing to programs@somaticexperiencing.com.
Cancellations received by November 1, 2026 will receive a refund, less a $500 nonrefundable administrative fee.
Cancellations received between November 2 and December 15, 2026 will receive a 50% refund.
After December 15, 2026, all payments are nonrefundable and cannot be transferred to another program.
You may transfer your registration & payment to another person who is not already registered to attend.
Refunds for payments made by credit card will be reduced by the applicable credit card processing fees.
Because retreat expenses are committed in advance to the venue and team members, refunds cannot be provided for late arrival, early departure, illness, travel disruption, or any portion of the retreat a participant is unable to attend.
If Ergos cancels the retreat, payments made directly to Ergos will be refunded in full. Ergos is not responsible for airfare, transportation, travel insurance, or other outside expenses.
Travel insurance with trip-cancellation and interruption coverage is strongly recommended for all participants.
Attending with a partner or friend?
If you are attending the retreat with someone you know, you will have the opportunity in registration to provide the details we need to book your stay properly.
Due to how our venue agreement is structured, pricing does not change for shared accommodations.
All participants must register separately.
