By registering, I agree to maintain the confidentiality and privacy of fellow participants and copyrighted material.
By registering, I agree this will be a safe space of openness where cultural, religious, historical, generational, societal, and personal differences are respected without judgment, criticism, or harm.
By registering, I agreed to take what serves me and leave what does not.
By registering, I agree not to record, take photographs, or share my private portal link and passcode.
By registering, I acknowledge that the host will record this workshop for future educational purposes.
By registering, I authorize my voice or likeness to be included in the recording if I ask a question, am a demonstration client, or present a case.
By registering, I agree that neither Peter Levine, Legacy Faculty, the Ergos Institute, FHE, SEI, HISE, nor any of the managers, staff, coordinators, assistants, faculty members, guest teachers, technicians, affiliates, online platforms, venues, host partners, or representatives have any responsibility or liability for my participation. Therefore, I hereby release them from all claims in connection with such.
By registering, I agree to contact the program host or assistant team member for all concerns before taking them to fellow participants or the instructor.
By registering, I agree that I meet the prerequisite for this program.
By registering, I agree that there are no refunds for programs that provide a recording.

We agree to be present to our best degree possible and for that to be good enough for today
We agree not to hold ourselves to the standard of perfectionism - we will simply start with what we can right now
We agree to personal responsibility - accountable for the energy we bring to the group and for our reactions - there is no space here for blaming others for our struggles, our mood, or our reactions - there is no space for saving others
We agree to support this space for everyone - we do not share our trauma stories outside of invitation; we share experience, strength, and hope
We agree to take direction from those who are here to help guide us and respect those who are healing beside us
This program is for educational purposes only. Always seek the advice of a physician, psychiatrist, psychologist, or other qualified healthcare provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical or psychological condition or treatment before undertaking a regimen.
*Your registration is an agreement of confidentiality.
I herewith register for the aforestated program on the basis of the terms and conditions indicated. Registration shall be binding. Online programming with recording access is non-refundable. The program host reserves the right to postpone or cancel programs due to unforeseeable circumstances or for other reasons beyond the reasonable control of the host. Participants will be fully refunded and shall not be entitled to claim compensation or damages if the program is cancelled. If the postponed date is within 3 months, there is no refund; the payment will be transferred to the new program date. By registering, the participant explicitly waives any right to claim damages for a cancelled or postponed program.
